Choco Oat Mille Crepes with Lemon Coconut-Milk Pastry Cream Filling

Materials :
7 tbsp oats
2 tbsp flour blue triangle
4 eggs
5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
to taste Salt
1 packet chocolate flavored Nutrijell
2 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp juice lemon juice
to taste Margarine
Step :
- Separate the egg yolks and whites. White pake eggs for crepes, while yellow for pastry cream.
- Mix egg whites, 2 tbsp of sugar (or to taste), salt, oats, flour, Nutrijell Brown, then add one glass of coconut milk and stir until it is not too thick.
- Teflon grease anti sticking with margarine and pour batter crepes (not too thick), back when it is not sticky. Drain. Until the dough runs out.
- Heat the coconut milk and three spoons of sugar over low heat. After the sugar is mixed in, turn off the heat.
