Cantonese Steamed Fish
Materials :
350 g of Fish Fillet (be gurame, Indigo, or dori)
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
to taste sesame oil
sugar to taste
1 strand of scallion
1 segment ginger
1 spoon of arak Shao Xing (η΄Ήθι
)
Step :
- Input the olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, mix until smooth (add a little water if it is too salty), after that input into fish fillet seasoning, then steamed
- Thinly sliced-thin ginger and scallions, sprinkle over the fish almost ripe
- Pour wine and sesame oil
- Serve while hot and ready to be enjoyed
