Shrimp Asparagus Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Materials :

250 grams of peeled shrimp
250 grams of small asparagus
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
3 leeks
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved with 6 tbsp water white
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp butter

Step :
  1. Marinate the shrimp with lime juice and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes. Wash and clean the back side of the shrimp.
  2. Minced garlic and sliced scallions. Throughout asparagus pieces 5 cm. boil the asparagus with salt for 10 minutes, drain.
  3. Heat butter, cook shrimp until half-cooked, until slightly reddish colored meat. Lift, drain.
  4. Heat butter, Saute garlic until fragrant. Stir in oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and black pepper. Stir the cornstarch solution by adding water until cooked.
