Materials :

350 g of Fish Fillet (be gurame, Indigoor dori)
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
to taste sesame oil
sugar to taste
1 strand of scallion
1 segment ginger
1 spoon of arak Shao Xing (η΄Ήθˆˆι…’)

Step :
  1. Input the olive oil, soy sauce, sugarmix until smooth (add a little water if it is too salty), after that input into fish fillet seasoning, then steamed
  2. Thinly sliced-thin ginger and scallions, sprinkle over the fish almost ripe
  3. Pour wine and sesame oil
  4. Serve while hot and ready to be enjoyed
