1/2 kg of chicken meat fillets, mashed
70 grams of bread flour (can use all purpose flour)
2 cloves garlic
1 carrot, grated
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten off
salt to taste

  1. Mix chicken, bread flour/wheat flour, garlic, carrotsonions, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the eggs. Mix well.
  3. Prepare the aluminum foil, arrange the dough on it. Roll and compress. (If no alufoil, could also be included in a baking sheet that has been dioles margarine). Steamed for 20 minutes.
  4. Lift, allow to cool. Cut into pieces according to taste.
  5. Dip in beaten egg. Fry over medium heat until browned. Drain.
