MATERIAL :


filletikan snapper
all-purpose seasoning
all purpose flour
Salt
sugar
black pepper
white pepper
lemon
egg
oyster sauce
soy sauce
sweet soy sauce
garlic
red onion
Onion Chutney
Leek
celery
water
cooking oil

STEP : 
  1. Season the snapper fillets with salt, white pepper and lime juice and then sprinkle with the flour spice then put in freeze 1 hour
  2. Shake off the eggs and then dip the fillets that are already seasoned and then baluriwith flour
  3. Heat the cooking oil, fry the fillets in the flour dibaluri to the already brownish yellow
  4. Saute garlic, shallots and onions
  5. Add salt, sugarsoy sauce, sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce and then add the water
  6. Stir-fry until half-cooked, add water to flour, turn off the heat
  7. Input fillet that was already in the fried, add the black pepper, leek and celery mix well until blended
  8. Prepare a plate, Serve
